Carriage & Shipping
Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order, and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Weights charged for carriage include packaging.
There are 2 shipping zones available in the UK: Mainland & Offshore/Highlands
Please ensure that the correct destination is selected during checkout to ensure the prompt despatch of goods.
In the event an incorrect shipping method / tarrif is selected, a supplementary carriage charge may be incurred.
In this event, we will contact you after your order has arrived with us to confirm any changes (before taking the payment).
Shipping is possible to other overseas destinations,quotations for Non EU deliveries are available on request.
UK deliveries (mainland and non mainland) may be despatched by courier or post.
Non UK EEC will be despatched by post or international standard parcel service.
Please allow between 7 and 21 days for non UK deliveries to arrive.
Purchasing in Euros
When goods are added to your basket, prices are also shown in Euros
(exchange rate calculated on a daily basis).
All payments are taken in GBP (£ STERLING).
The prices shown in Euros are an INDICATION ONLY of the current purchase price.
The exact amount you will pay is dependant on the current exchange rate offered by your card provider.
Damage in transit
On receipt of your goods it is your responsibility to inspect for signs of damage.
If your package arrives damaged please sign for it "DAMAGED IN TRANSIT".
All packing materials should be preserved for future inspection.
All damaged or short delivered goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and we try our hardest to ensure this.
All products are inspected and tested (where appropriate) before they are despatched.
By law you may return your on line purchase for a full refund within 14 days of arrival.
Please return goods in original condition (including all packaging) .
Goods returned damaged will not be subject to the above policy and will be returned to the customer.
Any refund given will be completed within 30 days of receipt of goods.
All products are covered by a full 12 month manufacturers warranty.
If your product develops a fault that is covered by the manufacturers warranty, you will need to return it to us.
Faults or damage caused by misuse are not covered by manufacturers warranties.
If you have a product to return for warranty repair, you will require a returns authority number from us.

Provide us with your name and address, product details and fault description.
You will receive an e mail from us giving you a returns number and an address to send the product to.
It is your responsibility to return the product to us.
Please ensure that the product is suitably packaged to withstand the trip back to our warehouse.
We do not take any responsibility for damage sustained when goods are being returned to us.
Once we have inspected the product we will undertake one of 3 actions:
We will repair the fault.
We will return the product to the manufacturer who will repair the fault and return the product.
We will replace the product with a new replacement.
We will then return the product directly to you.
We will endeavour to return your product as soon as possible.
Please allow 30 days (from receipt) for exceptional circumstances.
Our payment services are provided by HSBC REALEX GLOBAL PAYMENTS in compliance with UK law.
We do not disclose any customer information to third parties and we do not send customers unsolicited email.
