The Charvel Model 6 is a high-end, Japanese-built electric guitar produced by Chushin Gakki between 1986 and 1989 as the flagship instrument of Charvel’s import "Model Series".
- Construction: Neck-through-body design with poplar body wings and a bound maple neck.
- Fretboard: Rosewood fingerboard featuring a 12"-16" compound radius, 24 jumbo frets, and mother-of-pearl sharktooth/shark fin inlays.
- Scale Length: 25.5 inches.
- Pickups: HSS setup featuring two Jackson J-200 stacked single-coils (neck/middle) and a Jackson J-50BC humbucker (bridge).
- Electronics: Active Jackson JE-1200 mid-boost circuit with master volume, master tone, mid-boost control, and three on/off mini-toggle pickup switches.
- Hardware: Jackson-branded tuners, and a locking nut
