Solid wood one piece mahogany back & sides with a solid maple top, ebony fingerboard.

A Lollar Mandolin Humbucker is controlled by top mounted volume and tone pots, the tone using a 1950’s style Orange Drop capacitor, with Ebony knobs. This matches beautifully with the ebony fingerboard and bridge and adds an extra touch of class to the aesthetics.

The El Rey is a unique mandolin with classy looks and great tone, both acoustically and amplified!
