The AKG WMS40 Mini Vocal Set is an incredibly crisp and clear sounding wireless microphone set. It features AKG's HDAP (High Definition Audio Performance) technology, which is designed to give you perfect signal and excellent sound reproduction every time you use it. There are three status LEDs on the receiver to tell you on/off, signal strength OK and audio clipping statuses live, so you can quickly diagnose any issues and remedy them without needing to first isolate the exact problems, saving you valuable time during your performances or sound checks.

The microphone is a high quality dynamic cardioid mic with an ON/OFF/Mute switch, which is an extremely useful feature in live performances. The Mic also boasts "30 hours off a single AA battery". That is an impressive claim that AKG are in the unique position of being able to claim with conviction, the mic really does last an incredibly long time and this can be a real time, and not to mention, money saver.

The set includes an SR 40 MINI receiver, an HT 40 MINI handheld transmitter, a universal power supply with US/UK/EU adapter, and one AA size dry battery. Everything you need comes straight out of the box, so you can make yourself heard from the get go.
