Aria Ta50QM Semi Natural
Aria have been building their Thinline, semi-acoustic, TA Series guitars since 1967, and they are as popular now, with a new generation of players, as they were, over 40 years ago.
The new Aria TA 50QM, not only echo’s that classic 50’s design, it also offers some modern day features, normally found on guitars priced considerably higher.
Visually the TA50QM is quite stunning.
Quilted maple has been chosen for the back, sides and top, with an Amber Natural finish, looking striking with cream body bindings, chrome hardware and black scratch plate, the results speak for themselves.
The TA50QM retains those vintage lines, with familiar, symmetrical cutaways within the semi-acoustic body. This allows ample access to all 22, neatly installed frets, making the TA50QM a versatile performer and a delight to play, with a sleek, maple set-neck and silky rosewood fingerboard with inlaid parallelogram position markers.
The TA50QM also features a pair of Duncan Designed HB-103 humbuckers, patterned after the SH-6 Duncan Distortion™ set. They use ceramic magnets and powerful coil windings to deliver a high output tone with lots of crunch and harmonics.
Aria’s own SPT bridge and unique patent type QH Tailpiece are also included, the latter of which, facilitates fast and hassle free re-stringing, by simply hooking the ball-end in the 'keyhole' shaped slot.

From the inside out, the TA50QM offers a world of tone.
This semi acoustic design is renowned for its low-end warmth and honey sweet tones, which the TA50QM effortlessly delivers.
But when combined with the tone wood properties of the maple construction, the TA50QM, provides
long sustain, bite and attack, with singing highs and a tight articulate low end. Unite this concept with the Duncan Designed HB-103 humbuckers, and you have a cool looking, versatile guitar, that is ideally suited to all playing styles, from finger picking, jazz, blues to rock.
