STOCK LEVELS Our online store is linked to our shop's computer system enabling us to update stock levels 6 days a week. Stock levels for each product are shown in each individual products description. The 'availability' number shows our total stock holding for each product (as at the date of the site update), the stock may be held in any of our 3 stores or at our warehouse. When  the availability states OUT OF STOCK , it is not possible to purchase the product via the site, the price shown is the products last selling price, this price may alter (up or down) when new stocks arrive . To check the availability, current price & expected delivery date of out of stock items, email us.

DELIVERY TIMES  Products may be held at any of our branches or in our warehouse, delivery times depend on this. We expect most packages to be with you within 4/5 working days but please allow 7 .(21 days for European delivery) Before we ship your product out to you, it will be inspected and tested to make sure it is in full working condition. All products carry a full 12 month warranty (see terms).

STOCK LOCATION If you wish to visit one of our stores to see a particular product we are happy to move that product to the branch of your choice. If you would like to know the location of any particular item email us.

CARRIAGE COSTS Carriage is calculated by weight Carriage costs are displayed during the checkout process.

SPECIAL ORDERS If you cannot see what you are looking for on the site, we may be able to get it....if you would like us to quote you a price on a product, email us.
