• We do not have a 'dual pricing' policy, our online prices are identical to our shop prices.

• The products listed in our online store may be held in storage in our warehouse or on display in one of our branches.

• Where it is practical, we are happy to move product between branches (with no obligation).

• We are happy to part exchange most musical equipment. Part exchange values depend on condition, if you would like to part exchange, take your item into any branch, where you will usually be given an instant part exchange price, this amount will then be deducted from the purchase price of the product you wish to buy.   

• Second hand products are not listed on our web site, our second hand stock is constantly changing, If you are looking for a particular second hand product please e mail us (click link above) all second hand products carry a 1 month guarantee.  

• A visit to our stores gives you the opportunity to see and try our products, our experienced staff will be more than willing to give you advice and direction.
